I am proud to announce that I have earned The General Ira C. Eaker Award. It is the second-highest milestone award in the Civil Air Patrol (CAP) Cadet Program. It marks the successful completion of Phase IV (all 16 achievements), promoting the cadet to Cadet Lieutenant Colonel. It recognizes sustained excellence in leadership, aerospace education, fitness, and character.
Rarity: It is earned by approximately 2% of all CAP cadets. It is a prestigious accomplishment that positions cadets for the ultimate (and much rarer) Spaatz Award.
